I'm thinking of dosing kalkwasser into my 75g FOWLR in order to promote coralline algae and stony tube worms. But I don't want to hang anything above my tank( drip bags, dosing bags). Does anyone have an opinon on dosing pumps, they seem to fit my needs as a concealed method of dosing. I found one on ebay:

Alk-a-Cal systems. This brand new two (2) gallon, two(2) drip chamber, two (2) pump unit is for dosing alkalinity and calcium to reefs. Also used for trace elements which is a must for reef keepers. This 2 gallon 2 hand/squeezs pump unit, keeps alkalinity and calcium in two different see through compartments, with self priming pumps. This system is very easy to use. It has two hand pumps. Just press or squeeze your hand on the pumps for a second. one(1)squeeze on each pump will fill the(2)drip tube chambers approximately 70mL each to dispense alkalinity and calcium, or any other trace elements (very slowly) into the tank or sump. ( this system is good for open and closed systems.)Each drip tube chamber holds 120mL each, of reef dosing liquids. Ideal for ready mixed elements such as B Ionic calcium and alkalinity part I & II or seachem products / kalkwasser powder or any other dissolved fluids such as iodide, magnesium, strontium, PH-buffers and marine phytoplankton. this system sits under the tank or cabinet . it's perfect for set up's from 40 to 200 gallons and up depending on concentration of dosing liquids. All systems come fully assembled with over ten feet of hose and comes complete with suction cups to adhere the drip chambers to your aquarium, sump, or slotted water fall box .Here's a pic...

Does anyone use any type of dosing pump for supplementing or topoff? If so, does it work good or do you think this pump would work good?

It's for slowly dosing your tank with a kalkwasser solution, or any other solution that needs to be slowly added to your reef tank.

the commander pump is what you want. It looks very nice. It may be time to replace the furshlugginer drip. With a name like commander, though, I'll feel like I have to salute it.

The Commander pump looks nice, but that price is outrageous! I'm sure it works great, but the pumps I'm looking at, even electronic pumps are around $50, and have all the bells and whistles.

One of them is called Kangaroo and the other is by Patrol. There is also a peristaltic pump used in hospitals for $50

Do you have any links for the pumps? Real dosing pumps are usually quite expensive. The system that is pictured is very interesting to say the least. Have you ever thought about building a Ca reactor?
