Quick Heater & Plant question

My plants finally got here today. They arrived in pretty good shape. The aquarium is planted now, but one of the swords is leaning against the heater. Will this 'burn' the plant or hurt it???

Unlikely that it will cause a problem, unless your heater is on most of the day. Ihave plants that have overgrown my heater completely, and I haven't seen any burns on them, but it may depend on the type of plant, too.
