Why can I not keep my Oscar's tank from fogging up? I have a 29 gallon tank with Oscar and an algae eater only. Got any good tips on how to keep the tank from fogging up within days after changing water?
How big is your oscar? I hope you have plan on upgrading the tank.
What kind of filter are you using? Sometimes that can be the causes of the cloudiness. Also, oscar is a messy eater. Without a good filteration, it can also be the cause. How often do you change water?

I would recomend a bigger tank like a 55g or bigger I think that since you have an oscar in a 29g the oscar is really messy eater so that could be a reason why your tank is foggy
Take a sample of water out and look at it against a white background. If it is greenish then it is an algae bloom. If it is whitish then it is a bacterial bloom.
Neither are harmful in and of themselves. However, there cause is generally an over abundance of food. Try reducing the amoutn you are feeding the fish and do some large water changes. It can often take a week or so of good water changes and reduced feeding to get the blooms done under control.
