I got bugz

Hey guys...I noticed today that I have these little white "bugs" with big antennaes crawling all over my live rock..What the heck are they? Are they safe or do they need to go and if so, how?
Also, just on a note. I watched two hermit crabs fighting today and one pulled the other out of his shell and climbed into it, just to make a quick escape. What a thief.

Sounds like amphipods or copepods. Generically referred to as 'pods. Nice little detritivores to have in the tank. A good thing.
