Peacock Eel

I have had a Peacock Eel for 6 weeks now, and i don't think he is very happy. He buries himself in the sand (which is natural), but he doesn't seem to be eating. I was advised to use blood worm, but he won't eat that either. All my levels are correct, as with water temperature. All my other fish are fine. Does anyone have any ideas as to what else he might eat, or if there is actually something wrong?

i bought one about 2 weeks ago and he doesnt eat ethier other than that he fine i dont understand
