Hi all,
I have 2 clowns (orculis) sp? An haitian condy anemone (1 of the clown is hosting in it, and I have a chocolate chip star. I know that if I want to go the way of more of a reef tank I need to get rid of the starfish correct? But if you were I, what would be the next fish(es) you may get? My tank is a 55 gallon, I have a lot of base rock. I haven't graduated to using sep tanks just yet either. I take a water sample to my LFS at least twice a week and everything checks out AOK. I've had it set up for about 2 1/2 months now. Thanks for any suggestions.

thats up to you. im in the same situation as you, i just got two pecrula clowns, and a banded coral shrimp (really cool), and my next move is to get a coral beauty i think. maybe some cardinal fish or perhpas a dart fish. but what someone told me was "to pick your showcase fish and go from there" so, go to lfs, and check out fish online, find out what fish you want the most, and go from there. hope this helps

Be warned any new fish you put in there might be attacked by the clowns. Clown fish are in the same familiy as Damsel fish, and are VERY territorial (which is why its often suggested to add damsels and clown fish last)
