Double to single A&H PC's

I was wondering if someone could help me out with my AH Supply 2x36W bright kit. I have had it for about a year. I have too much light and was thinking of switching to a single 55W. I know that I can do it but I have misplaced my directions and forget the particulars. Anyone out there purchased one of these kits recently? Do you have your directions handy? Could you help me out?
