Grindelworms are great for conditioning fish to breed and Microworms are a great alternative to brine shrimp. Thery're especially good for small fry. Both can be raised on vitaman enriched baby cereal and all those vitamens will go into your fish. Starter cultures of both worms are available for $10.00 includes shipping and instructions for raising. Heat packs are available for those in colder climes for an extra $2.50.
