I HAVE BEEN LOSING A NEON A WEEK. THE ONLY OTHER FISH IN MY TANK ARE A PLECT, OTHER TETRAS, GOURAMIS, AND A CAT FISH. IM NEVER ABLE TO FIND THE MISSING NEONS. ANY THOUGHTS ON WHERE THEY MIGHT BE GOING? THANKS- BRUCE

Do they disappear at night? If so, (or even if not) it's your catfish.

I'll wager $10,000 on the catfish.

...why would you want Nitrate levels to be non-existent?

Is it a pictus catfish? White and black with long whiskers? If so, they eat neons:shake:

My wife had 2 gold gourami's (Three Spot) and believe it or not they would kill her neon's regularly untill we figured out who was responsible anyway.
