Bolivian and Blue Ram recomended food?

can someone give me a food recomendation for Bolivian and blue rams? I tried a search and didn't see anything specific to either. thank you.

A good quality flake food like Omega One, some sinking pellets like Sera Discus Premium, frozen or freeze dried bloodworms, and frozen or freezedried brine would also be good. HTH

thanks for the advice. i noticed that they were at the bottom of the tank a lot and that flakes would probably not work. I will try the discus pellets and see if that works. thanks again.
