small white worms

i have small white worms crawling on the glass of one of my tanks. they are maybe 5 mm long(cant really estimate well) and they're everywhere. they only thing i've put into the tank is freeze dried tubiflex worms and frozen tubiflex and blood worms. are these paracites that pose a threat to my fish?

Do a search on here or google for "planaria." You'll find tons of info. They are not harmful to your fish (in fact, some fish like to eat them) but do indicated excess wastes in the substrate/water.

ok thanks alot. im relieved and will no longer feed that tank as much.
