thing on the face - uaru

the uaru has got a zit like thing on its face. it doesnt hang off like maybe a gill fluke would. doesnt look like ick. not sure what it is.
i've seen just this white spot with redness, and maybe one other.
i'm holding off blasting the whole tank with parasite remover or antibiotics untill i get some feedback from the boards or the situation gets worse. what do you guys think it could be?

is this the hazzard of feeding red worms maybe?

Had the same thing on one of my Gold severums in the past. I didn't treat the tank anything. I only did water changes daily to see if it helped. The zit went away a week later.

should be ok just add abit of melafix then it should be all hunky dory;)
