I knew it would happen eventually. I could just feel it.
I have a 5 gallon tank that had 4 neon tetras and a dwarf gouramie. I woke up the other day and found my d.g. dead :(
I did all the standard water tests and everything was fine. My tank is cycled.
Ive had the fish for about a month now. I know I stressed them during the cycling of the tank as it took a little longer than I hoped ( bout 20 days) due to a bad batch of Bio-Spira.
I just wonder what could have caused this. Maybe someone can offer some suggestions.

Try another test kit , it may be out of date.
your tank shouldn't even be cycled after a month. It usually takes 6 weeks.
