Is it OK to feed african cichlids duckweed?

I finally did get my duckweed! :)

I am feeding the excess duckweed to my malawi mbunas. Is this OK? Is there any toxiticy or issues with it?

Shouldn't be - its just plant material. A lot of fish will eat it:)

No, when I had dojo loaches they gobbled it right up and they were fine.
