aquaria central has the most accurate profiles out of all the sites I've looked at.

They are accurate but they are lacking in good pics... and i often can't find the species i am looking for. I usually just shop around on google and compare info. If its all pretty much the same- then your set!

I am working on some fish profiles, but I only have 15-16 done. :o I will let you know when I get a lot, in the meantime you can check them out.
It's embarrassing to say, but I have yet to find a site which has all accurate profiles on fish. AC is good, great in fact...better than most. Fishprofiles has greatly improved since 2001-02 when I first really paid attention to their profiles. At one point they had goldfish maxing out at 4 inches, pacus at 8 inches, neons with a pH of 6.5-8.3. It was just a mess.
