In the past week, I noticed redness on the body near the tail of my yellow tang. Does anyone know what that's? Is my fish sicked and has parasite? The mouth and gills were kept opening and closing constantly. Despite that, it's very normal and active and eats a lot every time I fed it. I gave it a freshwater dip yesterday because I was concerned losing it. Thx.

I just changed the water this morning since it's been a month. I've been feeding my tang with brine shrimp, formula one, and emerald entree.
Hi akma0620 - are they red splotches that extend forward on the body from the tail area? If so, you may be having the same problem we've been talking about in this thread:
