CO2 tank for 10gallon

Iv been thinking of doing pressurized co2 on my 10gallon, il be able to aquire a co2 container pretty easily, but what else will i need, atm im using a dome type diffuser, for the co2 tank i need a needle valve right? what else?

i want to go pretty basic,

Bare bones: a tank, a regulator and a needle valve.
My opinion....that's all you need.
