One of my female endlers was just about ready to burst before i went out last night so i put her in a breeding net. Got home to find seven fry happily swimming around with her so removed her, leaving them in. Is that a normal sized litter? Sound like she had eaten any before i got in or not?
Anyway my main question is about inbreeding. If i let those fry go when they get a little bigger and they breed again will i get deformed fish in the next generation or will it take longer? How many more unrelated fish would i need to buy in order to get a healthy gene pool?
