OK heres what Im thinking of getting:
Magnum 350 Pro System
All Glass Stip Light with 2 55W Daylight Bulbs
Plant Gro CO2 System
200w Heater
Now Is that Good?
Question I have how much Florite Substrate should I have? Could I mix it with Gravel? Does Gravel go first then Flourite?
I'm no expert, but I think you may want a light fixture capable of holding closer to 150 total watts of light. I'd probably go with a Fluval 404 cannister filter, but that's just a personal preference. If the Magnum system seems more to your liking I think it should do fine also. As for flourite I believe if you have gravel with it the gravel should go on top.

Ok Just got a coralife aqualight 130w.
I was told to use a 50/50 mix by my LFS. 2 bags of Flourite and 2 bags of very fine gravel will work he said. IS this true?

It doesn't hurt anything to mix them, you could go either way though (all flourite or all gravel... flourites better for your plant tank though, of course). As previously mentioned you'd want the flourite under your gravel if you do a mix.
Also, instead of a single 200w heater, I would go with 2 100w heaters. They will help keep the tank equally heated on both sides and if one fails and gets stuck on, the other will shut off giving you more time to find the problem.
