Hello
New to this forum, but not new to fish.
I really like Angels, but I have never felt comfortable enough in my fish keeping abilities to keep them.
When I originally began, I killed like 40 fish [due to over stocking, too much food, etc].:sad
Now though, I have kept 4 Bettas [Not Siamese Fighting Fish, Betta imbellius] in a ten gallon tank for about 1 month and a half.
I used to breed Guppies, but for the pass five years I have been moving from household to household for there isn't a lot of my family left alive.
---------------------------
Anyways, I have always loved Angels. And now I am comfortable with the fact that I am pretty knowledged with keeping fish again, hopefully.
The problem is, is that I have no room for a tank larger than 10 gallons and there is nothing I can do with the 4 Bettas I already have [they are only a year old each, and can live to be about 3 years if not older].
But I have noticed some very handsome gold Angels, with possibly blushing genes, at a local pet-store, which is supplied by an actual breeder.
-------------
I have an idea on what to do with the Bettas.
Use a cloth device, and seperate them from each other and the main section of the ten gallon tank.
Would that be cruel????
How many Angels would be able to stay in the rest of the tank [which is well forested]? The cloth device would be only 3 inches wide, so there is still 7 inches extending outwards of surface area.
Tell me if this question is too confusing.
And thanks for any help
