Tank finally cycled and am ready to start adding critters. Do Yellow Tangs and shrimp get along, or will the Tang have one great meal?

PJW-
If you get a cleaner and a tang, they will be the best of friends.

Thats the cleaner.. should be fine with any tang. They will eat the parasites off of your fish.

I may have the only case but...

I have 37g in which i had 2 clowns, 1 powder blue, 1 sleeper goby, and 1 nice looking yellow tang.

I added 1 fire shrimp and 48hours later, $18 dessert for tang.

Boy, my desserts don't even cost that much.

Of course Im probably the only one with that problem.

Tangs and cleaner shrimp! The two where made for each other. I have a sailfin tang and a yellow tang , along with two cleaner shrimp. The tangs line up like a car wash. Oh and the cleaner shrimp will be happy to clean you too!!:D
