Pinkish Algae...good/bad/neutral?

Looks like cyano in it's first stages. Not a good thing--this stuff is slimy and invasive. Increasing the water flow, and the cleaners, and the sand stirrers. It looks attractive in small doses, but will take over if allowed to do so.
