I've been treating for tail rot in my 10 gallon Guppy tank for two days with Maracyn II. Sunday and Monday the tanks were fine. This morning I woke up to a very clowdy tank.

All the fish seem fine and the the tests came out Ammonia at 0, Nitrite at <0.3 (lowest on my test), pH at 8.0 (my norm), I don't have a nitrate test and the temp was normal at between 76 and 78 degrees F.

Should I do a water change or just leave it alone. I don't want to hurt my fish but it looks really bad.

BTW I have one of those "waterfall" carbon type filters and the tank has been up for a month and a half.

That happened during my treatment. But stick with it, as long as those readings are fine then don't change the water. I also stopped feeding for the 5 days the treatment takes. After the treatment try doing 25-30% water changes over the next couple of days and it should all work out fine.

I also cut my lights for the treatment. I didn't want algae to take over if the plants weren't getting enough food.
