My clown loaches were covered in little white dotes. They were not swimming and just laying on the bottom.
I have been raising the temp till it gets to 80. I have added freshwater salt to the tank as well.
No results.
One other fish has minor signs of ich, (i think), it has a little white dot on the fin.
Today I went to the store and picked up Rid-Ich.
I have a 46 gallon tank, i added 5 teaspoons to it, my tank water turned blue, not sure how long this will stay. hope its normal. bottle does not say anything about water turning blue. I also took out the carbon filter thing.
I noticed these little white dots, almost like cloudy water all in my tank once the water turned blue. Anyone know what that is?
It has bee a 1/2 hr since the Rid-ich was added and maybe its in my mind, but now both clown loaches are swimming around like nothing is wrong.
My questions is this
I will treat for 5 days. Then do a 25% water change, place the cardon filter back. what do i do next?
Thanks
Brian
