I use Frozen Emerald Entree to feed my barbs (4), bala sharks(2) and my Suckernouth Catfish(1) once a day at 12 a.m.. And at 10 p.m. I drop a tablet of Hikari Tropical algae wafers before I turn the light off in my tank .I`ve been doing it every day for about a week now .Fish seems to like the food.Am I doing it right? How often should I feed my fish ?Should I mix live food with Tropical Flakes.Any other good food for my fish ?

I think it's a good idea to offer a varied diet as much as possible. You probably shouldn't feed the same frozen food daily. I personally give a mix of frozen (brine shrimp & bloodworms), dried (pellets, flake, colorbits), and live food (micro- and white worms).

I agree, variety is a good thing, Find a good staple that provides their nutritional needs for the standard food, and then mix up the treats. If you use feeders be carefull where you get them, and watch close for disease, it is better to breed your own live feeder fish if you want to use them.
