First let me explain my tank.
29g w/ Whisper 40, Tronic 100 watt heater set at about 79.
Mostly plastic plants with 2 small crypts.
1 Small Clown Pleco 2"
1 Small Angelfish Half Dollar sized
6 Harlequin Raspoboras
2 Praecox Rainbows (m/f)
3 Cory Cats
I also had a dwarf gourami in the tank that I have had for about 1.5 monthes. I have been noticing that he has been less and less active and eating less and less. Nobody really picks on him and he doesnt seem to chase anybody around, well he didnt. So I wake up this morning and he is sitting on the bottom. I realized at this point he was on his way out and I watched carefully. I went to lunch, came back and he was still on the bottom, but dead. I inspected him and he had no visual signs of disease, but I cant figure out why he died. Ammonia and Nitrite are at 0 and I change about 25 percent every week. Water is nice and clear. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks everyone.
