Has anyone ever heard of Fritz Turbo Start, I read so many wonderful things about it, that as soon as I set my tank up, I waited 3 days and then went out and got some. It is just now on the public market, and is a small bottle of bacteria that sells for $28, It will completely cycle your tank in a week. It has been three days and testing is normal, on the 7th day I will let everyone know. I have a 55 gallon fish only tank with artificial corals and rock. I plan to add two percula clowns on the 7th day.

My LFS sold me on Biozyme also. I didn't see any results either. The best and only method that really works is a couple of shrimp and lots of patience.
The turbo start is wonderful so far, I have never had an ammonia spike, and the two damsels in there are just fine. If something was terribly wrong wouldn't they die? Also when I put my clowns in, two juveniles, shold I take the damsels out? Will they fight for territory? The convict stays by the filter, midtank, and the other damsel, not sure what kind, he's clear but yellow on top and bottom fins black with neon blue, he swims all over, but sleeps in upper right hand corner. I love the little convict, he's beautiful. Also, this is the 5th day and I hae tested normal every day so far.

How I caught the 3stripe damsel in my tank is this.
Open the lid. Hold the net over the tank inconspiciously. drop some flakes in the tank. and patiently bide your time, 'til the damsel is as close to the surface as possible. at the right moment flash into motion and swoop it up. worked for me, and saved the hassle of removing the rocks n' stuff.
