I am debating buying Tatias for my community tank. The smallest animals I have are neon tetras, cherry barbs, botias, and dwarf frogs. Will these become food?? I thank you for your help.

I suspect they would. There are a couple species of Tatia cats, and all of them will get big enough to eat those fish, and some have long whiskers, which usually indicates more predatory cats. The dwarf one might work out--they are smaller, so might not be a threat to adult tetras and barbs.
It would agree with og. Most catfish including these would like a free meal. The smaller ones (4") or so might be ok, but I wouldn't tempt fate.
