If you can buy or borrow (it's expensive!) volume 2 of Sprung and Delbeek's Reef Aquarium, they describe all of the species you are likely to come across.
I came across this great FAQ on anenomes that answered a lot my questions as well as taught me new things. Just wanted to share it with everyone else who may be on the same boat as me.
