Would two Rainbow Jewels Two Cons and a rainbow Shark and a baby pleco be ok in a 30g

If, by two cons, you mean two convicts... 30g is barely big enough to accomodate those fish. The others would be overload.

if the cons pair off and start to lay eggs, you would be in deap trouble... take the cons out of the mix and you should be good though.
