Anyone have any info about JEBO power compact lights? Are these any good? Bad? Reliable?

Hit here! I just bought some Jebo 48" PC light (4x55) on Ebay. I did a little checking around on them first... they have their pros and cons, but for the price I went for them. They should arrive in a couple days. The biggest issue seems to be they have no fan to cool them off. But, you could always install one if there is a problem.
