hi all, just bought a couple of fish yesterday, and they called them blue paradise fish.i couldn't find anything online about them, so can anyone tell me what their called.

Sounds like Macropodus opercularis. Look like this?

nope.it's a light blue with a darker strip down the side, and the male's have a yellowish patch on there head.
