This is what all my Sagittaria looks like what should I do? cut it down or try to scrub it off?

Not sure what type that is. What kind of algae eaters are in your tank? Is it soft algae?
Just read your tank specs. It seems otos often fall behind. Have you tried Siamese Algae Eaters? They would help round out your crew.

I think the algae is brush or something like it but not sure. the oto's do a good job on the glass and stuff but they won't touch this stuff. I have finally found a good lfs in my area and they are trying to get some sae's in.
The algae in the picture does not appear to be hair or brush algae to me. Looks more like soft algae or 'glass' algae which is common to Sag. and often seen on Anubia and other broad leaf plants. I've got some Sag. now that have it on the leaves.
