At one point, he repeated the dogma about iodine and crustacean molting, so I called him on it here.. For somebody who says he tries to dispel myths, he can generate a few. I really do have a lot of respect for the guy, but it bothers me that he seems to think a PhD is a license to be an authority on everything.
