Hi everyone, newbie question here............My 2 month old SW tank with FOWLR has developed a bad case of brown slimy algae covering the glass, sand ,pumps and rocks. i purchased a few snails to take care of the problem and the only success has been with a large Margarita snail. Only problem is that my Copperband Butterfly picks at it (he ate 2 astrea snails already). Are there any FISH that will control this brown stuff or any other inverts?

Thanks

There are herbivorous fish, but having snails will make managing things much easier. As long as you have a butterfly with a taste for snails, you may have a problem.
