Gill Hanging Out??

Hi,
I am woriied (again) i have lost one of my danios, but cant find any corpse??, and one of my other danios it would appear the left gill is hanging out, not moving just sticking right out, what should i do? the levels are as follows ammonia 0, nitrIte 0, nitrAte 10, any ideas??
There used to be 6 danios and 2 bristlenose plecs, in a planted 15g

The missing fish is either: a jumper, drying on the floor, inside a filter (especially if you use a HOB with an opening accessible to the tank), be a snack for the other fish.

For the injured one--any ideas on what the fish could have gotten stuck on? Sounds more like an injury than a disease, and lacking other fish that are prone to attacking, some decoration or rock that the fish could get caught in and struggle against seems likely. It might heal onit's own--you'll want to watch for signs of bacterial infection and harrassment from other fish.
