I have a 55g with 4 fish in it they are as followed a 5 inch 4lined-cat,10 inch pleco, 3inch rainbow shark and a 2inch honey groumie and I want to get three more honey groumies and one more rainbow and I also wanna get a pictus cat will that work

yup, sounds good to me. but in the future u might want to get a bit of a bigger tank. plecos can get to be over a foot and a half, so just keep that in mind.
the gouramis might fight each other
the rainbows are highly territirial and need their own "space"
