My tap water is very soft with a high pH. I read somewhere I can lower the pH by doing CO2 diffusion. WHat does this mean?

Injecting Carbon Dioxide into the water. Either with a pressurezed tank (like from a welding shop) or DIY with a cola bottle, sugar, yeast.... Try searching for "CO2" and you'll get lots of great info!
