hey guys, i just picked up 4 red eyed tetras, and 3 of em are doing fine (My guppy has taken quite a likeing to one of em) but the fourth one isnt swimmin around and is just sittin by the top of the filter doin nothing, also he isnt glowing as much as the rest of the tetras. I am concerned
