Could a healthy flame angel be sucked into a power head

I moved my 400 gph power head around the same time I added my flame angel. I moved it from an open area of the tank to above live rock. First I found a clown in the head, then this morning my new flame angel was in there. I don't have a screen or cover on it. Could a healthy fish be sucked into it? He was eating like a horse and swimming around fine. I am trying to determine if its just the powerhead or if my water is not right.

I doubt it--angels are pretty strong swimmers. Possible a smaller fish, like a neon goby, but I don't think a larger fish would--unless it somehow got pinned between the powerhead and the side of the tank or some rock.

I had a powerhead suck up the contents of a golfball sized turbo snail before I got cages for them , IMO I don't see how it couldn't have sucked up the angel
