I am going to be purchasing some kribs in a few days and have a question about pairing them. Can I just get 1 male and 1 female, and they will pair up, or should I get 1 male and 2 or 3 females, and let the fish decide?
Thanks,

if you can accurately sex them, just get a single pair,
if not, make sure you can find somewhere else for any that dont make the pair, as they'll get bullied otherwise.

i started out with 2 males and 2 females and they paired up pretty quick. they didnt live together well at all so i gave one pair to a friend and kept one. ive posted some other threads about them and how theyve acted and bred if you feel like searching for them. my most recent update on them is a few threads on down.
