Well, someone I know traded me some lovely tank raised german blue rams for some Peacock Gudgeons. Now I'm wondering, are they as peaceful as they say and I can put them in my community tank? Here's the tanks I have going:
My 46 gallon has:
Plants
3- fancy pleco
2- Dojo loaches
5 - platies
5- elrey tetra
5- yellow tail congo tetra
my 10 gallon tank has
pencil fish (the small ones)
5 or 6 young peacock gudgeons (getting them ready to spawn)
And a boat load of baby blue mystery snail! (here I was worried about not getting a boy and girl snail *geesh* I definitely have boy and girl snails!)
There's no gravel in this tank since I was using it as a quarantine/grow out tank, but I do have floating plants, java fern and java moss in it.
Now I'm thinking the 10 will probably be too small for the gudgeons and a breeding pair of rams? Do you think they'll be compatable enough to live in my 46 without squables? (sigh, looks like I'll need to trade in soon).
