I have an armoured catfish in my fresh water tank. He's about 20 years old and I was wondering if anyone had an idea of life expectancy for this species?

They are pretty long lived fish. The Amroured catfish is closely related to the corydoras, so has about the same life expectancy of any where from 5-8 years.
