Can i put silver dollars and angel fish in the same tank?

No I wouldn't recommend it, and if it is for your 37 gallon, I wouldn't put the silver dollars in at all they will grow up pretty large and that will not be enough room. I'd say they same for the angels if it's gonna be a community, they get pretty large as well.

The 37 gallon would be to small for even just 1 silver dollar and 4 neon tetras?

I am thinking about getting this "all glass" 65 gallon tank they have at my LFS.. Would the 65 still be to small for the silver dollar and a couple more community fish?

I don't think it would be too small for one silver dollar, and 4 neons, but the silver dollar, but they are pretty excitable, so he might run from end to end and start bashing his head on everything, that's never good. Also the Silver Dollar will eat the neons for sure once he is big enough. In a tank you might be able to fit a couple silver dollars, just not with angels because the fish have personalities that won't match in a tank that size. One is really calm and the over is very active. That's the reason to not put them together, also the angels fins might be a little too tempting for silver dollars to resist!
