Sand or Gravel for Cichlid Indoor Pond??

Personeely I love sand in my tanks and would never go back.
There are rpos and cons to each, but at the end of the day its personnel prefference.
Just make sure if you do use sand dont make it too deep (<2in) otherwise you end up with aneriboc bacteria which are BAD! in a big way, or so I have been told.
