Order of Arizona Aquatic Gardens

Never ordered shrimp from them (only plants). Before you do, call and ask how they bag the shrimp. I've read in the past that shrimp ship better if packed with something like Java moss in the bag as it gives them something to cling to during transport.

Yes, 125gJoe ordered from them ONCE. I don't think he'll be ordering from them again.

My first order from them-a couple of years ago-was great, the last time I ordered from them was a disaster,missing plants, incorrect billing, I was shipped a bunch of vegitable material that had a vague plantlike resemblance. After several e-mails I was shipped some-but not all of the complete order. One of the e-mails their rep said" To lighten up,It's only a hobby" This was after not reciveing the product... he promised "You will be happy" 2 weeks earlier Gee I thought you were a professional business not a hobbist. They will never get my money again. Nice website though.

wow-i just read all 8 pages of that post.
i was actually considering ordering from them...but not anymore!

same here i was very close to ordering the southeast habitat package but i won't now. I'll just order or buy somewhere else

Don't Order Fish at Arizona Aquatic Gardens

I ordered fish and plants two times. If you don’t mind the very high shipping cost, their plants are ok but fish orders are incomplete and poor quality. Both of my orders were only partly filled and YOU DO NOT GET A REFUND. If you’re lucky you may get an in-house credit (to have additional aggravation with your next order.) The quality of livestock is poor and only DOA’s are replaced. Compare this to “Petsmart” were you get two weeks warranty; granted they don’t have some fish that are available at AAG but there are several better mail order places.
The other problem is you can’t talk to anyone and left messages are ignored. If you send them an email it is also most often ignored. I filed a complaint at BBB and I encourage you to order somewhere else.
