Could someone provide me with a list of plants that are resistant to fish's nibbling? The fish in question are plecostimus, goldfish and carp (Koi). Offhand all I can think of is Anacaris. Light level is close to 1.4 watts per gallon. Thank you.

If a fish will eat anubias coffefolia it will eat anything. it has a very thick, waxy leaf that turns off most fish.

Agree with the above suggestions. Also I think vallisneria species will work. They are very tough leaves and I don't think they will be eaten.

Corkscrew vals are nice and don't get too tall. Giant vals will get to be 3-4 feet long.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll try to remember these next time I go to a good fish store.
