How To feed?

I’m setting up a 75gal non-aggressive with cleaners. How should they be feed? Is using some type of automatic system good? How many times a days? I want to make sure I feed the fish and the crabs, shrimp and so forth correctly.

What you feed will depend on the type of fish you have and how picky they are. I feed a variety of frozen, flake and pellet while using a turkey baster to target feed the shyer fish. In researching you choices determine t they are omnivores, herbivores or carnivores to determine their needs. Also post what fish you are planning to get and I am sure people will let you know what some of their favorite foods may be.

You will probably get a lot of different answers. I like doing two small feedings a day. A little flake in the morning, and frozen food in the evening. During the late feeding, I try to be sure that the shrimp, and fish each get a little, but figure the hermits will find stuff. I target feed the serpent star a few times a week with tongs.
