One of my tetras has a few white dot/scratches on his back fin and his dorsal fin. I've seen ich before and i'm not sure if it is... could just be scratches.

Anyways, if i take the salt method to treat would that hurt my corys? If im not mistaken salt is not good for catfish and ADFs. Correct me if i'm wrong.

20g
6-three spot tetras
3-albino corys
1-clown pleco
2-ADFs

Corys don't tolerate salt well, but I understand that if you gradually increase the amount over a matter of days rather than going full strength all at once they'll cope better. If they start to act stressed, change some of the water to lower the salinity.
If you suspect ich the first thing I'd do is vacuum the gravel; in one part of the cycle the parasites drop off the fish and live on/in the gravel for a while, doing frequent water changes and vacuuming is really supposed to help keep the ich population down while you're treating the tank.
Best of luck.
