BumbleBee Goby Question

My fiance and I recently got a aquarium. Our favorites in our aquarium are our two bumblebee gobies. They are absolutely beautiful fish.

But, the one question we haven't been able to figure out is ...

how do you tell the difference between a male and a female bumblebee goby?
